No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been completed due to the nature of our products.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly arrange a replacement for the affected item, subject to stock availability.

  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

  • Your order details

Requests submitted beyond the 7-day window will no longer be eligible for replacement.
